Is it waterproof?

Water-resistant, not waterproof โ€” and we'd rather say so than have you find out.

The 600D nylon shell sheds light rain, road spray and sweat, and will keep your phone dry
on a short ride. It is not built for submersion or a sustained downpour. If you ride in
real weather regularly, keep anything that must stay dry in a bag inside the bag.

Can I wear it on either shoulder?

Yes, and the strap is built for it. It clips to D-rings on both sides โ€” unclip, flip, clip.
Left shoulder, right shoulder, whichever isn't sore today.

You can wear it flat against your back, or rotate it round to your chest for hands-free
access at a light or in traffic. The padded mesh back panel sits against you either way.

Will it shift around when I'm riding?

This is what the waist strap is for, and it's the part most people miss because it comes
packed away.

The shoulder strap alone is fine for walking and everyday carry. Clip the removable waist strap on and the bag is locked to your body โ€” no drift round to your front when you lean into a corner, no swing when you run.

Snug the shoulder strap first, then the waist strap. Both are included in the box.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it down with soap and water and let it air dry. Don't put it in a washing machine or a tumble dryer, and skip bleach and solvents โ€” they attack the reflective coating, which is the part you're paying for.

The lining is wipeable, so a spilled coffee in the main compartment comes out with a cloth.

Is it suitable for riding, hiking, walking and travel?

Yes. It is used by motorcyclists, cyclists and e-bike riders, dog walkers and night runners, gym goers, hikers and travellers.

The padded back panel and shoulder strap keep it comfortable all day, and the reflective panels do the safety work at dawn and dusk.
