At RiderBag, we strive to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority.

1-Year Manufacturing Warranty We stand behind our gear. If your product malfunctions, tears, or breaks due to a manufacturing flaw within 1 year of purchase, we will exchange it free of charge (including shipping).

  • Requirement: Please provide a photo of the damaged product for assessment.

  • Note: This warranty does not cover abuse or extreme cases of neglect.

Returns & Refunds We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To support holiday gifting, we extend this window: items purchased between November 1st and December 24th are eligible for returns for up to 60 days. If our product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at no cost to you within this timeframe.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you cannot find it, please contact us at support@riderbagusa.com so we can assist you.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

  • Late Returns: If the applicable return window (30 or 60 days) has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (however, you are still covered under our 1-year manufacturing warranty for defects).
